A number of different issues covered this week in addition to the litany of Enforcement issues.

Amongst the many important issues covered I would particularly draw to your attention the item on the requirement on Legal Expenses Insurers not to limit the freedom of claimants to choose their own lawyer in a number of circumstances described on page 3 and the Law Commission consultation regarding broker’s liability for premiums in marine insurance on page 7.

To reflect the holiday season and give you all a break there will not be a Newsletter next week and normal service will be resumed with an edition covering the two weeks ending 6th August.
