PSD - Payment Services Directive
The Payment Services Regulations (PSRs) came into effect on 1 November 2009 and many firms were to become regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) for the first time. There are two other Authorities with responsibilities under the PSRs: the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) will deal with competition issues and the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) will deal with dispute resolution.
We are pleased to offer our services to all PSD firms as we have worked with both firms and the FSA from the very first opportunity and we have gained considerable experience in the authorisation process and the ongoing compliance requirements of firms that need to be authorised.
